LASEROPTEK's PicoLO received the Minister of Trade Industry and Energy Award at the 2019 Korea Technology Awards. LASEROPTEK has become the first medical aesthetic device #manufacturer to receive the award for its "high speed switching laser-based treatment system technology for changing wavelengths" carried out under the industrial innovation technology development project.
PicoLO was recognized for its R&D performance as its high-power photo-pulse generation technology of compressed picosecond pulse amplification and its occurrence technology of picosecond pulse generation through the stimulated Brillouin scattering effect of nanosecond optical pulse.
